The service package concludes when the technician arrives and delivers the detailed invoice via email, depicting the measured water data levels. We do not store any of your financial information or share it with third party developers or advertisers. Your Zelle prepayment is fully encrypted and safe, there are no processing fees which has alloted us to pass those savings to the consumers we serve. Our number one priority is to deliver this first-of-its-kind innovative, crucial, and necessary service to our clientele.
Our technicians cover a lot of territory, wear and tear on their service vehicles, time, and consume fuel servicing our 70 square mile coverage areas. In the event that we are unable to get your service address within 60 days of prepayment booking, you will be automatically and fully refunded via our Zelle Business account back to your zelle linked bank or debit card account. Individual refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis based on the totality of circumstances. Our ultimate goal is to provide our clients with accurate well water levels and data findings.
